OUR STORY

CORPORATE EVENTS SHOULD DO MORE THAN FILL A ROOM.

At Sunago Meetings & Events, we plan corporate events that people walk into with energy instead of obligation.

As a Las Vegas corporate event planner, we partner with companies that understand their events are more than a line item on a calendar and budgets. They are a reflection of their culture, their momentum, and the way they bring people together.

The most successful meetings, conferences, retreats, and incentive trips are not defined by a packed agenda. They are defined by the energy in the room. The pace feels natural. The experience feels considered. Conversations happen easily. People stay present, engaged, and proud to be part of it.

We design corporate events that create that atmosphere, because when the environment is right, collaboration is stronger, ideas move faster, and progress is something everyone can feel.

sunago means “to bring together,” and we do that through events that are engaging, well-designed, and fun to attend.

Sunago Meetings & Events is a Las Vegas corporate event planning company specializing in corporate meetings, conferences, leadership retreats, and incentive trips for growth-focused teams across the country.

Our clients come to us because they want more than a well-built schedule. They want an event that runs with precision, reflects their brand, and keeps their attendees fully engaged from the opening moment to the final send-off. Every decision is intentional, from the flow of the agenda to the way the environment is designed, so the experience feels seamless and elevated.

Whether we are producing a single executive meeting or a multi-day event, the goal is always the same. Make it meaningful. Make it immersive. Make it strategically aligned with your brand.

Meet Jacqueline

Founder & Chief Creative

Sunago Meetings & Events exists because Jacqueline has always believed in the power of creating space for people to connect.

Long before she planned corporate events professionally, she was finding ways to bring people together. As a kid, that meant baking cookies and attending family pool parties where everyone felt included and taken care of. Today, it looks like designing corporate events where attendees feel welcomed, considered, and engaged from the moment they arrive.

Jacqueline’s background spans leadership retreats, large-scale competitive events, and destination planning. Early in her career, she worked with the Greater Zion Convention and Tourism Office, where she led planning and logistics for three consecutive IRONMAN World Championship events. That experience required precision, calm decision-making, and the ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining a high-level attendee experience.

It reinforced something she had always known. An event can be flawlessly executed and still fall flat if it feels impersonal.

Today, Jacqueline leads Sunago as a Las Vegas meeting and event planner known for thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and a highly collaborative planning process. She works directly with clients to understand their business, their priorities, and the purpose behind each event so the final experience feels aligned, intentional, and distinctly their own.

Corporate events do not have to feel stiff or forgettable. With the right planning, they become immersive, intentionally engaging environments where people connect, collaborate, and move the business forward.

“Jacqueline and her team went above and beyond to ensure our corporate retreat was a success. From curating ideas for activities, to accommodating last minute changes to being on-site to ensure the event went smoothly, Jacqueline's experience and professionalism were nothing short of invaluable.”

What’s the difference between event planning and DMC services?

We work as a dedicated planning partner, not a rotating team.

Our event planning services focus on the full picture, including strategy, design, logistics, guest experience, and on-site execution. For destination events, our DMC (Destination Management Services) cover transportation, venues, dining, offsite experiences, entertainment, staffing,  and local coordination.

Clients work directly with us from start to finish, which means clearer communication, stronger alignment, and less friction throughout the planning process.

What types of corporate events do you plan?

We plan a wide range of corporate events including conferences, executive meetings, leadership retreats, incentive trips, brand experiences, expo support, and corporate celebrations.

As a Las Vegas corporate event planning company, our approach aligns every logistical and creative element with your business objectives while building an attendee experience that drives engagement, connection, and momentum.

Do you only plan events in Las Vegas?

Las Vegas is our home base, and we know the city exceptionally well. We also plan and produce corporate events nationwide.

Wherever your event takes place, you receive the same level of care, organization, and strategic planning.

I’m interested. what are the next steps?

The process starts with your RFP. From there, we step in quickly, review the details, and schedule a conversation to understand what this event needs to accomplish and how you want it to feel for the people in the room.

Once we align and a budget is confirmed, your date is secured and the planning begins. You have a dedicated partner managing the logistics, guiding the decisions, and building an experience that is structured, on brand, and intentionally engaging from start to finish.
